Day 0 — Close & Onboard

Everything from “yes” to “live in 7 days,” in order. Payment clears = Day 0 = both clocks start (7-day go-live, 30-day guarantee). Client-side delays extend both, day for day — log every one.

⏱ CLOCK STARTS WHEN PAYMENT CLEARS — NOT WHEN HE SAYS YES

The 10 minutes after yes — do not leave the Zoom

1
Payment link in the chat. Sit through the awkward.
Ladder: full-pay first, then 2-pay, monthly only as deal-rescue. Watch the Stripe email land before moving on.
Quarter · $4,500 Month 1 · $1,500 Monthly · rescue only Stripe payments ↗
2
Get his email → send the agreement right there.
Fill: legal name, address, date, ad budget. Strike the two payment rungs he didn’t pick. He signs and texts a photo back — good enough for client #1.

3
Start the intake together — live, on the call.
Send the link and do Part 1 with him (name, his name, cell, area, hours). 90 seconds. Momentum beats homework — the rest he finishes same day.

4
Book the kickoff before you hang up.
Inside 48 hours, 45 minutes. Two slots offered out loud, calendar invite sent while still on Zoom. Never “I’ll send a link.”
5
Name the two homework items out loud.
Past-customer + old-quote list inside 48 hours. And “text me the job photos you already have” — his camera roll, Tier 0. Never hand him a shot list.

Within the hour — the conviction video

Phone, front camera, one take. Do not polish. This is the single biggest “I’m in good hands” move in the whole sequence.

“[Name] — Brandon. Wanted to hit you right after the call while it’s fresh. Here’s what happens now. Tonight I start your build. By [kickoff day] we lock in your setup on our call — thirty, forty minutes. This week your number goes live, and the first play is your own list — the quotes and past customers you’re sitting on, before ad money spends a dollar. Inside seven days the whole system’s on. I sent you a link where you can watch every step get checked off, like tracking a package. Two things I need from you: that customer list inside 48 hours, and your calendar access. That’s it. You’re gonna like this. See you [kickoff day].”

Send it WITH his tracker link and the Ad Leads one-pager. Those three together are the onboarding packet.

Day 0 — rest of the day

Days 1–2 · Kickoff call

Run client_intake §2c top to bottom. Rapport first — how he got into clearing, the machines he runs. That’s where “I like these people” gets built.

Days 2–5 · Build

Pillar 2 — the assistant

Strip the demo framing from Savannah, wire the real calendar and his captured facts, buy his tracked number.

SMS gate holds until A2P clears. Missed-call ladder = voice only; voicemail uses the no-text line.
Vapi ↗

Pillar 1 — the ads

ONE campaign, ONE ad set, his most valuable service line. Native lead form — never messenger. Geo callout. 3–5 creatives from content he already has.

Meta ↗

The loop, wired end to end: form submit → assistant calls inside 60 seconds → qualifies → books to his calendar → appointment brief generated. The calendar IS the delivery. He never “checks a portal for leads” — his calendar fills and his channel explains why.

Days 5–7 · Prove it, then launch

Payment Sept 1 → live by Sept 8. Labor Day Sept 7 sits inside that window. Plan the build so the holiday costs nothing.

Then — the first 30 days

Weekly update through day 30, not monthly — the guarantee resolves at day 30, so a monthly report lands too late to manage anything. Monthly after that.

Four counts tracked from day 1: booked · showed · rescheduled · ghosted. Plus dq_reason and how-they-heard on every call — impossible to backfill later.

Day 5 conviction check: reply speed · homework on time · forward-looking questions vs backward · and ask him straight, “gut check — how you feeling about everything so far?”
