Export a CSV, import it into GHL
There is no CSV file sitting anywhere. The list above is the record. Hit the button and it writes a fresh CSV of everyone on the board, right then, into your Downloads.
In GHL: Contacts, then the import button, upload this file, match the columns (they're named to line up), import. Stage comes in as canova_stage and the asset links as canova_links.

This list is live. It is stored with your client pages, not in this browser, so it is the same on your phone, your laptop, and any employee's screen. The CSV is for getting it into GHL.

On the phone
The Playbook →
Every opener track, the pitch, objections, closes. One screen per offer, zero clicking during a call. Number keys switch tracks, P for prep, C for coaching notes.
Open this before every block.
Master Outreach Sheet →
Every lead, every dial, every touch. Log the offer pitched and the opener track on every single call, or the scoreboard means nothing.
Google Sheets. Opens in a new tab.
The rules that don't change
Before a block
Pick your opener track first. One role play with Claude. Two to three hour block. You can't get good on 15-minute scraps.
On every dial
The call sells the meeting, never the product. Peer status: slightly above monotone, slow, breathe at the end of sentences. Log the offer and the track.
The only numbers that matter
Time on dialer, dials, conversations, booked (8-10% of conversations is the bar), show rate. 30 dials a day floor.
Follow up forever
Every non-dead no gets a next-quarter date. Each touch references the last conversation. Nobody else does this.
Deeper material
In the vault, not on the web
Full scripts, foundations, the objection library and every offer doc live in canova-vault\system and canova-vault\research\cold_calling. Ask Claude to pull anything out of there.
This is the shelf, not the workflow.
What each asset is, when to send it, and a preview of how it looks to them. To actually send one to somebody, use the Send an asset tab and it walks you through.
Client-facing assets
SPD VSL Page — 4 versions
The Speed to Lead VSL. Same page, four entry points: the banner sits above the video, the offer and guarantee sit under it, then trust logos and video testimonials. Only the website version carries a calendar — the other two push to the application page, and the booked version just shows their call time.
Set up once in Quick edit (video, calendar embed, application URL, logos, testimonials) · then just send the right link

The one rule
Add #admin to any asset link
That's edit mode. Fill in the bar at the bottom, hit Download page, drop the file in build\deploy, run the command. Their link is canova-assets.pages.dev/ plus the file name.
